The way fom the ferry to Kinneil
On leaving the Brodick ferry terminal, turn left, heading South on the A841, towards Lamlash and Whiting Bay. After 5 minutes, you will pass Lamlash Golf Club clubhouse on the left hand-side and start the sharp descent towards the coast. The ‘Kinneil’ turning is on the right-hand side, just before the road bears sharply right along the coast road. There is low wall at the entrance showing ‘Kinneil’. On entering, continue past the houses on the right hand side, up to the top of the drive to ‘Kinneil’.

The Bus no 323 takes you in 5 Minutes from the ferry terminal to Lamlash.

The way to the Isle of Arran
Ardrossan (40 miles from Glasgow) is the departure point for the main ferry www.calmac.co.uk to Brodick on the Isle of Arran. A smaller vehicle ferry also operates from the mainland between Claonaig on the Kintyre Peninsula (110 miles by road from Glasgow) and Lochranza on Arran

There are regular UK and international flights to Glasgow Airport and Prestwick Airport (30 miles south of Glasgow) or Edinburgh Airport.

Frequent train services to Ardrossan operate from Glasgow and Prestwick by scotrail.
