THE HOUSE & VIEWS
Clyde shipping magnate Captain W. Buchanan built 'Kinneil' in 1885, and to reflect his love of the sea, all apartments have commanding, panoramic views across Lamlash Bay to Holy Isle and the mainland beyond. We can provide binoculars for your further enjoyment of this wonderful vista. Wherever possible we have retained the original features of this beautiful home, whilst endeavouring to ensure that your comfort and needs are catered for in harmonious surroundings. |

THE ISLE OF ARRAN

The gulf-stream influence is shown in the palm trees and lilies and abundant vegetation that can be found growing naturally on the Isle of Arran. As the island is only 20 miles long it is easy to travel around the 56-mile coast road in half a day, although it is supposed to take less time and be a shorter route if you are travelling in an anti-clockwise direction! |

TRAVEL
There are regular UK and international flights to Glasgow Airport and Prestwick Airport (30 miles south of Glasgow). Frequent train services to Ardrossan operate from Glasgow and Prestwick by ScotRail. Car hire on the island can be arranged if required - please ask. |
